Production for blow molded cases begins when a work order is generated. This is when you, as the customer, can specify all the requirements for your case. The work order will indicate things such as color, materials, container type, and measurements. This first step in the production process is vital because it ensures a case is created to fit your specific needs.
Once the work order is completed, production on your blow molded case can begin. We use recyclable high-density polyethylene because it’s incredibly durable and resistant to solvents and oils. The color of your case is molded into the material, so you never have to worry about it peeling, chipping, or rubbing off.
